**TS&A Intern**

**Responsibilities**:

- To meet security requirements inside and outside laboratory and to run quality management systems, process, and necessary documentation inside the laboratory.
- To support specific projects through Design of Experiments, analysis of information and preparation of formulations, prototypes, and stabilities in Beauty Care (50%) and Home Care (50%) under constant supervision of the ¨Project Manager.
- To provide technical support before-during-after technical trainings, customer visits and internal initiatives. (Preparation of prototypes, presentations, and necessary resources).
- To respect and act according of current Lubrizol’s policies and standards.

**Education / Skills**:

- Pharmaceutical, Chemist, Engineer, or related. (After 3rd year of career).
- 0-6 months of experience. (desired).
- Innovation and creativity.
- Adaptability and resilience.
- Very good communications skills.
- Teamwork.
- Good manufacture practices knowledge. (required).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint) (required).
- English-language skills (advanced preferred).
