**The role**
- As Senior Graphic Designer, your contributions will directly and positively impact marketing capabilities for Akay Bioactives in alignment with our ambitious growth strategy. This role will be pivotal in communicating the untapped potential of nature and technology through our industry-leading nutraceutical ingredients, patented and proprietary delivery technologies, and unique vertically-integrated and highly sustainable supply chain.
- Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with a small yet mighty international marketing team. Cross-functionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with global team members in Sales, Product Management, and Market Development departments, as well as the Marketing team of Oterra.

**Principal duties and responsibilities**:

- Marketing & Branding: Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Digital Advertising: Design banners, display ads, and promotional graphics for digital campaigns.
- Tradeshow & Large-Format Materials: Design booth graphics, signage, brochures, and promotional materials for industry events.
- Social Media Content: Create engaging static and motion-based graphics for LinkedIn and other B2B social platforms.
- Presentation & Sales Support: Develop PowerPoint templates, sales collateral, and infographics to support the commercial team.
- Video & Motion Design: Produce short-form videos and animations for digital marketing, product promotions, and social media.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of creative assets, templates, and design files for efficient team use.

**Qualifications**
- Written and oral English language fluency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in B2B or science-driven industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience designing large-format graphics for trade shows and printed materials.
- Proficient in work with Blender, 3ds Max, or similar design program to create and render 3D models for visual presentations and booth designs for exhibitions.
- Ability to collaborate via Canva to create quick, engaging graphics and templates for various digital platforms.
- Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
