**Requirements**:
Engineering Bachelor degree or above
Title and/or professional license
Experience in high mix low volume manufacturing businesses
Six Sigma Green Belt certified
Project Management capabilities
Advanced/conversational English
Microsoft Project knowledge
Minitab knowledge
Use of IT tools like computer and Microsoft Office package.

**Responsabilities**:
Leadership for engineering activities for NPI and Mass Production to assure robust APQP and mass production processes

**(example**: generation of Control Plans from prototypes to mass production, generation of inspection plans, definition of AQL for incoming materials based on quality performances.
Design and improvement of production jig/fixture/equipment with definition of requirements and Budget.
Leading pFMEA activities.
Generation of Production Line concepts, layouts and Process Flow Charts.
Creation of Work Instructions.
Management of Line Balancing activities (Method-Time-Management activities).
Leading OQ (Operational Qualification) of production lines.
Coordination of LEAN activities.
Change Management (ECR-ECN) and BOM maintenance.
Routing definiton and maintenance on system.
