Establishes and grows customer relationships across all digital channels, by designing and implementing digital/internet marketing approaches including:

- Interfaces with non-technical user functions, including merchandising, marketing, and creative teams developing and executing an integrated customer strategy across all digital channels
- Developing or publishing useful web content (training/reference materials, etc.) on company websites
- Enhances site performance metrics through web analytics and develops a content and segmentation recommendations to drive business growth

Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: - Works independently with general supervision. - Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. - May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
