**metrics such as safety, waste, customer satisfaction and productivity, while**
**optimizing resource utilization. You will operate within a strategic framework.**
Experiência y requisitos
**Do you have these qualifications?**
- Bachelor's (or Master's) or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering field.
- +5 of proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment or similar position.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, and other relevant technologies, Oracle is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in implementing and optimizing Lean and Six Sigma practices for efficiency and waste reduction.
- Highly skilled in using MS Office software, including advanced Excel functions.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to monitor production performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both in English and Spanish, to effectively interact with various team members, including employees, management, and customers.
