Service Desk Specialist

Daily tasks include:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow procedures when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently engage in training for new procedures, technology, and products
- Resolve incoming alerts within a timely manner
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Flexibility to alter shifts as needed to meet call center staffing needs
- Skills
- Ability to uncover needs through a consultative approach
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and flexibly work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
- Organized, self-motivated, eager to win
- CRM experience a plus
- Pay: $18,000 NET
- Benefits: Legal benefits
Pay: $18,000.00 per month
