We are looking for a talented **WAREOUSE OPERATOR** to join our team specializing in **LOGISTICS** for our **CUMMINS** in **San Luis Potosí, SLP, México**.

**Job description**:
Under moderate supervision, the Warehouse Assistant B is responsible for receiving, handling, storing, transacting in the system, and shipping goods in a factory or warehouse. Ensures the correct classification, labeling, and placement of materials, optimizing available space. Also participates in audits, reports, and customer emergency support, complying with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Receive, sort, label, pack, and store merchandise.
- Consolidate materials and read and interpret work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with area KPIs.
- Prepare inventory reports.
- Perform physical audits and use PVIs.
- Participate in cycle counts and control non-compliant materials.
- Verify damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Identify risks in the work area and act in accordance with HSE policies.
- Use personal protective equipment and participate in safety training.
- Communicate effectively with the team and support areas.
- Participate in process improvement, safety, and development initiatives.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.

**Responsibilities**

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Forklift operation (desirable, willingness to learn and train in the operation of mobile equipment).
- Knowledge of warehouse processes.
- Computer and Office software skills (essential).
- Focus on safety issues, identifying potential risks in your work area.
- One year of warehouse experience (desirable).
- Knowledge of rack arrangement and stocking.
- Knowledge of FIFO (preferably).
- Knowledge of cycle counting (preferably).
- Knowledge of scanner or tracker use (preferably).
- Knowledge of warehouse activities (unloading boxes, loading boxes, receiving, storage, shipping).
- Consolidation of materials.
- Reading and interpreting work instructions.
- Knowledge of load pyramids (preferably).
