**Job Mission**

If you are a **future leader with a strategic and analytical mindset**, this position is for you. We are looking for a **Junior Data Analyst** to contribute to **corporate-level strategic leadership**, project management, and the development of analytical tools to drive process improvement by leveraging data.

**Your Ideal Profile**
- **Education**: Last semesters' student or recent graduate in careers such as Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Business Intelligence.
- **Language**:Advanced / Fluent English is a key filter.** (Essential for interacting with global reports and presentations).
- **Experience**: Internships or previous experience in the manufacturing industry (Chemical, Metal-mechanic, Plastics, etc.) **is a strong plus.**:

- **Strong Knowledge and Skills**:

- **Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point.**:

- Capacity for **deep research** of specialized information (financial reports, market data, etc.).
- **Analysis and Organization** skills to solve business problems.
- Interest in Project Management, Agile Methodologies, and tools like Power BI or Python.

**Key Functions**
- **Strategic Analysis**: Lead the analysis of trends, competition, and the market.
- **Data Management**: Convert large volumes of data into actionable _insights_ and collaborate on _dashboard_ design.
- **Value Proposition**: Generate data-driven recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and growth.
- **Executive Communication**: Prepare and present strategic reports to senior management.

**Modality**: In-person (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM)

**Reports to**: Head of the Strategy Office

**Gross Monthly Base Salary**: $18,500.00
