Data Quality Analyst Abinitio Platform

**Responsibilities**: - Partners with business teams to develop process improvements, solutions, and streamline operational workflows - Applies professional judgment and attention to detail when interpreting data and results based on the analysis of information - May occasionally provide informal guidance or on the job training to new or lower-level team members - Communicates with tact and diplomacy to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information with project stake holders or internal parties - Works and coordinates with a multidisciplinary group of business leads, operations managers, and technologists - Report Data Quality issues through the Data Concern Remediation Management process - Defines detailed business data requirements and documenting them **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years’ Experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Working knowledge of Collibra and other Data Governance industry standard tools - Intermediate proficiency in System Query Language (SQL) - Working knowledge of Tableau (report consumer, developer, etc.) - Demonstrated understanding of Database structures - Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience **Job Profile Summary**: The data quality analyst must have extensive technical and theoretical knowledge in data quality management. He will contribute to the development and implementation of assigned projects, taking into account workflows. He evaluates technical issues using the team's own tools. **Responsibilities**: - Performs analysis of strategic data and user requirements, identifying implications and making technical recommendations. - Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects through research and investigation combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry standards. - Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work performed by oneself and others; It impacts the team itself and closely related work teams. - Application of best practices and knowledge of Data Management (mainly Data Quality, Lineage and Metadata). - Generation and management of quality rules in AB Initio tools. (Express IT, MHUB, Control Center, Autosys) - Monitoring throughout the entire life cycle of projects, using existing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) - Management of incidents reported by business on AB Initio tools.
