We are looking for a **Data & Analytics Specialist** with strong expertise in GA4 (including eCommerce tracking, dataLayer management, and campaign attribution) and solid knowledge of how GA4 data structures sync with BigQuery. The role requires experience in Azure Databricks (PySpark/SparkSQL) to build datasets and familiarity with Power BI semantic models for collaboration. A business-oriented mindset and proven GA4 analytics experience are essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand GA4 configuration with eCommerce tracking.
- Understanding how current Tag or Event are managed
- Ensure accurate tracking of key interactions: product views, add-to-cart, checkout, and purchases.
- Collaborate with Business to support campaign tracking, conversion attribution, and customer journey analysis.
- Maintain a structured and scalable dataLayer.
- QA all tags across different browsers and devices to ensure accuracy.
- Document all events, variables, and data collection methods clearly.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with common eCommerce platforms
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to align tracking strategies to key metrics
- Proven experience with Analytics on top of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data
- Understanding of dataLayer management.
- Knowledge of GA4 data on top of google BigQuery.
- Solid Azure Databricks knowledge to create dataset using Pyspark/SparkSQL
- Knowledge of Power BI semantic model for efficient collaboration with frontend team
