We are currently seeking a Delivery Associate Director to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

**Program Manager Requirements**
- 25 + Yrs experience as Program manager with IT Software experience handling large projects.
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Coordinate and monitor activities between multiple inter connected projects / cells to ensure they align with the overall delivery goal.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Creating and managing long-term goals.
- Developing a strategy, budget and operating plan for the program.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks.
- Develop and controldeadlines, budgets and activities
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve projects' higherscopeissues
- Reporting for program stakeholders

**Program Manager Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
- Proven experience in program management.
- Proven Leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Understanding of project management.
- Has led teams of 50+ IT Software resources
- Has implemented a metrics program or managed a program against a set of metrics
- Expert level experience in managing and communicating to the senior level clients, i.e. Directors and above
- Has led a team thougth an implementation of new templates, processes or tools
- Experience with transitioning the technical and business knowledge from one team to another team
- Ability to create c-level status reports to the clients including metrics, issues, risks and mitigations, finance
- Led a team of multiple managers
- Experience building a team from 10 FTE to 50 or more.
