**Project Manager Job Description**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking to hire a seasoned, self-starter, problem-solver, challenge-lover Project Manager to join our team. Foxconn PM needs to have in-depth understanding of Project life cycle, be comfortable managing medium to large complex projects, with ambitious schedule commitments, in a highly dynamic environment, and involving multiple diverse teams spread around the world.

Although a project manager usually doesn’t need to perform the hands-on tasks involved in a project, he or she must possess—or be willing to learn—some degree of knowledge with regards to the various aspects of a project.

Foxconn PM is not just a coordinator; he or she is expected to lead the team to successfully complete projects and propose projects that will make our company even greater.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live
- Contribute to developing comprehensive budgets during project conception
- Identify and develop new opportunities with project stakeholders
- Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Determine and define project scope, objectives, and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders, to ensure feasibility and alignment with the goal of the project
- Develop a detailed project plan that includes plans to manage scope, requirements, schedule, cost, risk, communications, changes, etc., and ensure its execution
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project and when there are conflicting tasks
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Monitor and report to stakeholders on the progress of all project activity within the project, including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect the project
- Meet with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution to continuously measure performance, areas of improvement and ensure project success
- Prevent scope creep and facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts
- Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the product, process, or system to the stakeholders
- Submit project deliverables that passed quality standards and obtain stakeholders’ acceptance
- Manage stakeholders’ satisfaction within the project transition period
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Conduct post-project evaluation for continuous improvement
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects
- Engage in continuous training opportunities

**Project Manager Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- 3 or more years’ experience in project management and related experience
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Experience developing and managing large project with tight schedules
- Have commercial and business awareness; a strong understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least a CEFR B2 Upper Intermediate level)
- Ability to adapt, learn, navigate ambiguity, and drive decision making
- Ability to work proactively and independently, and to remain flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity and pressure
- Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes
- Have a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
