MAIN PURPOSE:
HR Analyst role supports the running activities of Human Resources function by creating documentation and data for Americas Countries Employees
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible for HR query management resolution by providing a world-class experience
- Responsible for data management of Americas employees (Workday)
- Support the creation of America's documentation by KEM.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and peers.
- Guarantee the data quality by following audit processes on a regular basis.
- Continues improvement process.
- Identify and propose E2E process automation
WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, admin, or a related field required.
- Goal-driven attitude.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.
- An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.
- Display influencing, and communication skills towards stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and “can do” attitude.
- High attention to detail, process-oriented, and motivated self-starter.
- Strong quantitative skills for data-driven decisions.
- Language: Advanced English
- Tools: Experienced in Excel, Outlook, MS Forms, Service Now or equivalent, Workday, or equivalent.
