As Brand Coordinator for the self-service channel, you will oversee the portfolio strategy of PPG brands present in multiple categories, such as vinyl paint, enamels, aerosols, waterproofing, and varnishes. You will report to Brand Senior Manager. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain a portfolio in the self-service channel, managing additions and removals based on performance. - You will lead multifunctional areas for the creation, development, and launch of new products. - Develop and implement the Marketing Plan and Building Blocks. - Pricing strategy - Monitor Indicators (sell-in / sell-out / PDM). - Propose strategies to boost awareness and purchase consideration in the self-service channel. - Plan and build marketing campaigns through several touchpoints, including traditional media, digital media, events, and activations. - Manage the brand’s presence on digital channels, creating relevant content and participating in conversations to maintain an active connection with the audience. - Coordinate the creation and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogs, product samples, and promotional materials, ensuring they align with the brand identity. **Qualifications** - 1 year of experience in product development - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related - Intermediate English - Experience in marketing, trade marketing, communications, and social media is desirable. - Analytical, organized, proactive, people management, and teamwork. - Intermediate level of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) Benefits such as salary, medical insurance, life insurance, between others will be discussed in the process.
