trabajar en equipo para dar soporte a las actividades diarias de STA Program/STA Launch/STA Site interactuando con
diversas áreas funcionales en Ford y con la base de proveedores que surten piezas a las Plantas de ensamble de
Vehículos, ensamble de Motores y/o ensamble de Trasmisiones para la producción de vehículos de clase mundial y líderes
en el mercado

Conocimientos deseados en: Estadística/ 6-Sigma, Resolución de problemas, Certificación IATF

Seguimiento a la aprobación de piezas (PPAP).
- Verificación con proveedor del cumplimiento de los requisitos de la Industria (AIAG) y Específicos de Ford en cuanto a Calidad y Capacidad de Producción de los componentes.
- Revisión de los procesos de Manufactura de proveedor en sitio o de forma remota usando tecnologías de comunicación a distancia.

Seguimiento al estatus de las piezas durante el lanzamiento (APQP)
- Revisión del plan de Industrialización desde etapas iniciales hasta su implementación y validación en sitio.
- Administración de y seguimiento del avance de proyecto de Lanzamiento desde etapas iniciales de Diseño hasta su
implementación de producción en serie

Seguimiento a la resolución de problemas de calidad (AIMS, QR, WARRANTY)
- Revisión de Actividades de Contención, Análisis de Causa Raíz, documento AMEF (Análisis de Modo y Efecto de
Falla) y Planes de Control
- Aplicación de herramientas estadísticas, ejemplo 6-sigma, teniendo conocimiento y/o certificación en Green Belt level
- Actividades en Planta Ford para seguimiento y solución de problemas relacionados a componentes de proveedores
