**Responsibilities for our call center position**:

- Making outbound calls about internet and cable on behalf of one of the best companies in the world
- Identify the client’s necessities, clarify any doubts, research issues and be resourceful, get over the costumer’s reticence when they have to.
- Meet the daily and monthly performance targets

**Job requirements for our call center position**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, adaptability, and flexibility
- Computer navigation skills
- Call center experience
- Show a passion for sales excellence.
