As an Event Planning Assistant Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of online, onsite and holiday events from start to finish, ensuring on-time, within budget delivery to create successful and memorable events that meet the needs of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in event planning and execution.
- Ability to host dynamics and integration activities between teams (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of social media tools and video conferencing software such as Zoom. Airtable and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of event trends and the industry (online and on-site events).
- Time management skills with the ability to observe and keep track of tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be organized, detailed-oriented, and creative.
- Proactive and dynamic with initiative.
- Good communication skills both in English and Spanish.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to identify employee needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Events, or related field.

It is a plus (but not a requirement) if you have:

- Good eye for photography.
- Knowledge of video editing software.
