**Advisor Sr RBWM Risk**

Role Purpose.

Dentro de Riesgos de Crédito, se encuentra el área de Customer Risk Analytics (CRA). El principal rol que tiene es el procesamiento y entrega de las ofertas de crédito para todos los clientes del banco. Adicionalmente, es responsable de analizar al cliente en todos los parámetros posibles para mejorar su experiência a través de las ofertas de crédito que tiene.

Requirements

La posición vacante es el encargado de las ofertas de tarjeta de crédito. Será directamente responsable de lo siguiente:

- Codificar los cambios en estrategia o parámetros de riesgo para las campañas de tarjeta de crédito
- Analizar los resultados de las campañas de tarjetas: volúmenes de aprobados, causas de rechazo, cambios en ofertas, conciliación de volúmenes por campañas y productos de tarjetas.
- Implementar y proveer de información para pruebas a las áreas de riesgo solicitantes de cambios.
- Control de cambios, revisar y ayudar a las áreas de riesgos a documentar clara y propiamente los requerimientos.
- Trato directo con los responsables del desarrollo de las estrategias e implementadores de cada producto.
- Egresado de las carreras de ingeniería, físico-matemáticas o afines.
- Programación nível intermedio en algún lenguaje
- Resiliente con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y trabajo bajo presión
- Habilidades analíticas
- Actitud optimista, flexible con horarios y dinámico

Deseable:

- Un año de experiência en áreas de riesgo
- Programación en SAS
- Inglés nível intermedio
