Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Manager located in Guadalajara, South Campus.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Manager role involvesResponsible for managing all strategic operational processes and resources, and leading an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence. You will be responsible for production supervisors and controls on a production floor.
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for the administration, coordination and direction of the project or area assigned.
- Conduct job performance review, motivate employees to work more effectively, identify performance problems and solutions to those problems, determine training needs to improve performance.
- Responsible for the management of the production floor which includes supervisors, DL, materials, equipment.
- Responsible for the follow-up and measurement of production KOI's and some others related to the area.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as Production Supervisor/Manager.
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
- Experience in electronic manufacturing.
- Experience in SMT, PTH and BACKEND lines.
- Availability of schedule.
- Personnel management.
