**Family Description**:
Applies scientific/ technical knowledge in the design, development and implementation of engineering models, tools and/or processes. Responsible for planning and directing engineering programs/projects, setting priorities and allocating resources, and making necessary decisions on day-to-day operating matters. This role is responsible for cross-discipline activities and cannot be assigned to a specific engineering specialty.

**Knowledge and Technical Skills**:
Learns to use basic scientific or engineering concepts within a designated functional area.
Develops knowledge in processes and procedures specific to job function, e.g. process/ equipment qualification and development PCR, FMEA, DOE, SPC, runcards, EPR, Tool Lockdown, PV system design and construction.

Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can readily be obtained.

**Minimum Education and Experience**:
B.S. degree in Engineering and 0+ years of related experience
OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
