**Position Responsibilities**
- Promote safety awareness by providing support and information to employees.
- Identify safety training needs, coordinate training and monitor safety goals.
- Take part in new product / process review, including process hazard analysis.
- Participate on Uline's Safety Committee.
- Review incident reports and follow-up as necessary.
- Train new employees on Uline procedures and safety standards when needed.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**
- 3+ years of warehouse experience. Supervisory experience within a distribution environment **a plus.**
- Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience **preferred.**
- Frequently lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
- Available to travel as needed.
