Junior Accountant

We are looking for a junior accountant that has a minimum of 2 years experience with QuickBooks Online.

The Junior accountant will be in charge of:

- Reconciling payments between the invoicing system and our merchant service provider.
- Reconciling invoices between Invoicing system and QuickBooks
- Reconciling accounts
- Posting payments received
- Billing for open invoices
- Handling customer support issues such as account related questions, changing payment methods, changing billing information, and other related tasks
- Issueing payments to vendors
