We are looking for a professional _with prefered interest in Insurance law_ and knowledge of civil and/or commercial law, eager to learn and grow professionally.

This role is located at our headquarters in **Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico.**

This position has an **international scope** and offers clear opportunities for growth and impact on the business.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Handle claims involving different parties for various types of cargo.
- Analyze the factual elements of a specific case.
- Elaborate and submit reports promptly to ensure that all the clients receive timely updates on their claims.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or third parties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of prior experience in an insurance company, banks, law firm, or related field (desired).
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or advanced is desired.
- Fluent or Native English (oral and written mandatory).
