**Responsibilities**

**Product Design Lead**

**Main purpose**:
**Accountabilities**:
- Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to influence product roadmap, product design and engineering execution.- Define and uphold a consistent voice, tone, and look-and-feel for end-to-end product storytelling and scenarios.- Effectively communicate design strategies, concepts, and solutions to peers, partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership.- Drive resourcing, process, priorities, and accountability for the team.- Promote a customer-driven culture throughout the team, relentlessly driving the org to maintain focus on customer outcomes.- Forge partnerships with design leaders across the eComm and BU organization- Champion inclusive design experiences and methods by running lead design across varied topics and producing thought leadership in partnership with multi-disciplinary peers.- Develop common frameworks, design systems, tools.- Present wireframes and prototypes to stakeholders, engineers, product managers, leadership- Partner with key team leads on OKRs, Now/Next/Later roadmap and platform/product vision.- Lead design reviews/critiques and ideation sessions for concepts that test hypotheses with user feedback- Work iteratively from concept to detailed designs powered by research and data- Manage workflow and productivity of other designers in MBS

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of relevant design experience- Demonstrable fluency with Figma, Sketch or similar tooling- Ability to prototype in Figma, Principle or similar tooling- Ability to produce design artifacts at every level of fidelity and with a high degree of craft- Knowledge of design thinking practices- Humble and highly motivated to ship high-craft digital experiences- Ability to articulate intentionality behind design decisions- Experience designing for accessibility and audiences. Experience designing for international markets a plus.- Proven experience as design leader with ability to direct others through creative process- Degree in design, computer science, human factors or equivalent work experience
