**About Kinedu**

**What you’ll do**

Business Operations is crucial to kinedu - we focus on providing the insight and structure that help the company drive sustainable growth. As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll play a strategic role in planning and executing company objectives throughout the organization. This role will cover a variety of topics, including supporting in strategic planning cross-funtionally in the company, financial analysis and forecasting.

**Your responsibilities**
- Assist the director of strategic projects to:

- Analyze strategic decisions and proposals from a business perspective.
- Support team management routines, generate insights, and recommend improvements to enhance business performance.
- Develop effective investment strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Support cross-functional teams by streamlining internal processes.
- Evaluate the overall performance of projects and provide detailed analysis to the director of strategic projects for informed decision-making.
- Identify areas for financial improvement and develop strategies to enhance profitability and return of investment from the dedicated reasources.
- Identify and manage financial risks associated with projects and the overall company.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure financial decisions align with the company's objectives and strategies.
- Ensure timely and high-quality reporting to General Management and Team Leaders, maintaining effective communication.
- Oversee and manage third parties for all the company financial tasks, including month-end closing, budgeting, and reporting internally and for inverstors.
