**Your Impact**
- Responsible for writing and managing Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO), Document Change Orders (DCO), Deviations (DEV) in support of all new product releases and sustaining activities.
- Completion, input and maintenance of item master, multi-level Bills of Materials (BOM) structure, part documentation in the Arena PLM system.
- Review and maintenance of the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and Approved Materials List (AML).
- Establish and lead change control review meetings as necessary to meet objectives related to the document control process.
- Coordinate the Product Change Notice (PCN) process prior to production release and be the operations focal point for the PCN process after production release.
- Participate and support the continuous improvement of Change Control and Document Control processes for development and production items with cross functional teams.
- Add and maintain PCB documentation, mechanical drawings, product and process documents, etc. and the check-in/check-out of these documents.
- Maintain the accuracy of data in the Document Control databases.
- Maintain related change management tracking sheets in Google Sheets as change orders are created, processed and released.
Ensure accurate Disposition and CM Implementation Rules are defined in each change order.
- Direct file release and product change management to all suppliers and EMS / ODM Partners.

Qualifications**
Your Experience**
- 5+ years of direct experience in document administration in a hi-tech environment.
- Direct experience with the Arena PLM system and/or an equivalent PLM tool.
- Extensive experience supporting engineering, manufacturing operations, suppliers and EMS partners.
- Ability to read and understand Bill of Materials and associated engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Familiar with materials and production processes and planning.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal.
- Ability to drive for results in a timely manner working cross functionally in a highly collaborative manner.
- An organized self-starter, who can multitask in a very fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) is a plus.
- Experience with setup, implementation, and administration of Arena PLM system workspace settings is a plus.
- Project or program management experience is a plus.
- Leading cross-functional teams.
