Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Tech Mahindra está buscando agentes Telefónicos de servicio al cliente con experiência en call center para una de las empresas de telecomunicaciones más grandes de EE UU.

**Actividades**:
Voice: Sales, Troubleshooting y Cross selling.

**Requerimientos**:
- 6 meses de experiências en call center bilingüe (Lunes a Domingo con dos descansos entre semana)
- Nível avanzado de ingles conversacional
- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo. **Ventana de servicio de 08:00 a 21:00 hrs. (solo se cubren 8 hrs de trabajo)**:

- **Escolaridad Bachillerato o High school (se requiere diploma o certificado)**

**Ingreso: 21, 25, 29 y 30 Julio de 2025**

**Sitio ubicado en Tecnoparque Azcapotzalco, CDMX**
- Actividad:

- Presencial, Jornada Lunes a Sábado con descansos fijo** dos entre semana** de 08:00 a 21:00 hrs. (ventana de servicio)
- Programa de capacitación: de 8:00 AM a 17:00 PM
- Lunes viernes, una vez en Nesting será lunes a Sabado con descansos domingo y uno entre semana.

**Ofrecemos**:
