**Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco (On-site) Torre Meya **Description**: We are seeking a **Clinical Case Medic (Admin)** to join a global healthcare services provider. This position offers a unique opportunity for licensed physicians to work at the intersection of medical expertise and administrative healthcare processes. The role involves medical case assessment, documentation management, and direct interaction with hospital staff and insurance protocols. **What You’ll Do**: Review medical cases, hospital admissions, and service requests to ensure alignment with clinical and reimbursement criteria. Document medical denials, case reviews, and payer communications in the electronic health record system. Serve as the operational link between attending physicians and the internal Physician Advisor team. Support medical teams with diagnosis justification, treatment length estimation, and clinical documentation accuracy. Take part in utilization review boards, audit cycles, and ongoing medical operations projects. Licensed physician with valid medical credentials. (¨Cedula Provisional" is also accepted) Clinical experience in a hospital setting (6-12 months). Excellent English proficiency Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative. Strong communication and case documentation skills.
