As part of the Developer Productivity team, you will be in a very important role that improves the efficiency of Nutanix Engineers by making the production processes encounter mínimal friction, while leveraging the full power of the underlying infrastructure.

**About the Team**

**Your Role**
- Build and operate next-generation developer infrastructure and tooling for Nutanix, focusing on developer experience, integration, reliability, and scalability.
- Technical program management of critical developer productivity projects in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
- Crisp communication and comprehensive documentation related to project status. Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot developer productivity issues.
- As technical lead, mentor and review team members' work products.
- End-to-end Ownership of projects - Design, Development, Unit tests, Schedule, and Quality.
- As a Technical lead, you will collaborate with other geo team members to deliver on the committed roadmap.
- Support the enablement and automation of crucial CI/CD pipelines, delivering efficiency and reliability.
- Contribute to engineering efforts from design to implementation, solving complex technical challenges around developer, engineering productivity, and velocity.
- Build and Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, or other CI/CD systems.

**What You Will Bring**
- 7+ years of experience in development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, Master preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects.
- Passion and ability to learn new things.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and guiding teams to hit their goals.
- Experience with Build tools (i.e., Make files, Maven/Gradle, Bazel, ANT).
- Experience in one or more languages: GO, C, C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript, ideally for enterprise-quality software.
- Experience with GIT (understanding of GitHub PR flow & Gerrit Patch set flow is a plus).
- Experience building / managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, or other CI/CD systems.
- Experience with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Formation, Puppet, Chef, Salt, and Ansible).
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: DevOps, Cloud Native, Cloud Native Ops, SRE, Continuous Delivery, Networking, Config Management, Infrastructure as Code, Operations, IT Admin, and Software Automation.
- Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
- Work across organizational boundaries to resolve complex issues.

**Work Arrangement**

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
