As a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER you will ensure that measurement tools are used to track production performance and validate compliance with business indicators. You will report to the Plant Manager. **Key Responsibilities** - You will adequacy of the Operational Discipline Procedures and Plans. - Work on Production Information Analysis to identify ongoing changes to Plant processes and update the system. - Daily update of performance records and process conditions. - Ensure that Action Plans generated are completed. - Ensure that measurement tools are in place to track production performance, raw material conversion and asset use. - You will develop continuous improvement activities. - Strategy development and monitoring. - Prepare presentations / executive reports. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related career. - 2+ years of experience in manufacturing areas. - Knowledge of Operation tools, Production Management, Inventory Control, Continuous Improvement, Outlook, Excel (can write advanced macros), Word, PowerPoint. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
