12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - 6+ years of team management experience - Experience with end to end product delivery - Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required - Fluent in both, English and Spanish As the leader for Amazon Mexico’s Retail Operations & Initiatives, you will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience and exceptional sales and margin growth for the Amazon, including leading a team of talented Arizonians across different charters such as Programmatic Value Added Services - Programs, Catalog Quality & Health, Paper-cuts/continuous improvements, Vendor Experience.
