Job Description
: Responsible for independently managing logistics innovation and improvement of projects, establishing KPIs, and coordinating cross-functional groups in order to fulfill project goals with a strong focus on materials planning, material flow and general warehousing activates and procedures. Deploys and Promotes BPS initiatives and overall standards within the LOP/LOM organization.
- Coordinate Logistic Projects in the following areas:
- Logistic Planning (Customer Service, Production Planning, Raw Material Planning)
- Warehousing (Procedures, Material Flow, Warehousing Strategies)
- Transportation (Carrier management)
- Logistic Reporting (Costs Transparency, etc.)
- Implements, monitors and generally gives strong support to the deployment of BPS principals giving direction and support to the LOP/LOM organization as to achieve their BPS targets as per plant and LOG strategy.
- Becomes familiar with new project tasks quickly.
- Manages projects autonomously.
- Applies problem-solving tools.
- Coordinates all aspects of project implementation as per LOI Projects’ scope and expectation.
- Reports project status to Management.
- Coordinates projects with cross-functional groups.
- Coordinates internal/external logistics planning reporting.
- RPA developer responsible to design, develop, and implement bots, to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency within LOG.
- Complies with Bosch and AE wide procedures and company policies.
- Participate in Bosch initiatives.
- Participates and support quality and environmental policies and plant goals.
- Promotes Teamwork within LOI department, within LOG and with external departments. Qualifications: Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- In-depth Logistics knowledge in all areas (material flow, planning, shipping and distribution)
- Strong analytical skills (analyzing, interpreting and evaluating data)
- Skill at motivating and influencing others where there is not a direct reporting relationship.
- SAP logistics and planning experience
