We are now looking for a **Marketing Project Manager** to take ownership of projects, ensuring deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. **What You’ll Do** As a **Marketing Project Manager**, you will be the bridge between strategy and execution. Your role will focus on: - **Project Planning & Coordination** - Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables across marketing initiatives. - **Team Collaboration** - Coordinate with designers, copywriters, digital marketers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution. - **Process Management** - Create workflows, assign tasks, track progress, and manage priorities using project management tools. - **Quality Assurance** - Review and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations. - **Reporting & Optimization** - Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. - **Budget Oversight** - Monitor campaign budgets, report variances, and ensure resources are used efficiently. - **Stakeholder Communication** - Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and clients, providing updates on project status, risks, and solutions. **Requirements**: - **Experience**: 3-5 years in marketing project management or digital marketing leadership. - **Skills**: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail. - **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make performance-driven recommendations. - **Soft Skills**: Proactive, adaptable, problem-solving mindset with leadership qualities. - **Language**: Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1 or higher). **Benefits** - 100% remote work with a collaborative international team. - Exposure to diverse industries and high-impact projects. - Growth opportunities and continuous learning. - Competitive compensation based on experience and performance. **How to Apply** Pay: From $19,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Can you describe your experience managing marketing projects from start to finish?
