**What you’ll do**:
**What is required**:
Bachelors Degree / Engineering Degree Required Strong communication skills in Spanish and English Frist Preference: Prior experience with Steering Wheel and Driver Airbag. Second Preference: Prior Experience in various projects that include Class ‘A’ automotive interior components (i.e. Instrument panels, consoles, door panels, shift knobs, seats, etc.) Drive and ambition towards continuous improvement Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
