- Gestionar el cumplimiento de indicadores a través del esquema establecido.
- Se asegura de la entrega de remisiones del día al Repartidor
- Ejecutar Agenda de trabajo definida para la semana:

- Da seguimiento a reparación de las fallas mecánicas
- Se asegura la ejecución de la inspección de 5´s.
- Captura y actualiza la tripulación y suplencias en la herramienta
- Ejecuta la planificación de pedidos
- Administra el tráfico de rutas en el centro de distribución
- Asegura el proceso de aduanas de envase.
