We're looking for a **Planning Lead** — an organized, proactive and analytical mind who can take charge of production and supply planning with confidence and precision. This role is key to ensuring the smooth availability of raw materials and finished goods across all our channels.

From forecasting demand to owning the S&OP process and refining our inventory strategy, you’ll be at the heart of operational excellence.

**Requirements**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Guarantee the availability of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and sales needs
- Manage weekly production plans and collaborate with Purchasing, Commercial, and Operations
- Analyze demand trends and recommend inventory policies
- Oversee the S&OP process and resolve forecast deviations
- Track key KPIs and continuously optimize our supply chain execution
- Support commercial launches, promotions, and unplanned order demands
- Adjust planning in response to capacity, supply, or demand changes

**About You**:

- 3+ years of experience in production or demand planning, or supply chain
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel
- Bonus: knowledge of supply chain methodologies and a passion for sustainability
