We are looking for Purchasing International Coordinator. You will be working to procure the best deal for the organization, meaning the highest quality goods and services available at the lowest possible cost.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains frequent communications with suppliers/providers to ensure efficiencies in information gathering.
- Maintain vendor price maintenance tables
- Handle vendor issues tactfully
- Investigate any discrepancies and communicate vendors.
- Maintains all tracking documents/spreadsheets for inbound material purchasing.
- Assists in developing reports and compiling market information for trades.
- Prepares various reports and correspondence on a regular basis.
- Assists in processing reports, documents, and purchases in timely manner.
- Assists in assigned special projects.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Ability to interact with all organizational levels and the public/international culture differences
- Strong organizational skills including multi-tasking.
- Oriented results-driven.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual English-Spanish speaking.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

- Purchasing International Coordinator: 5 years (preferred)
