**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our growing team. If you're passionate about design, have a keen eye for detail, and love collaborating across projects, this role could be for you. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creation of innovative designs for print and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all projects and platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles.
- Experience in digital design, motion graphics, or web design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
