We are seeking a **Remote Social Media Representative & Executive Assistant** to join a growing team. This role is primarily focused on managing and engaging across social media platforms, while also providing executive assistant support to ensure smooth operations for the company’s founder.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media Management**
- Manage the company’s presence across **Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok**.
- Post daily content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages on behalf of the company.
- Like, comment, and interact to increase visibility and brand engagement.
- Track social media trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Report on engagement metrics and campaign performance.

**Executive Assistant Support**
- Coordinate and manage the founder’s calendar, including meetings, reminders, and time zone adjustments.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**Tools & CRM**
- Use **Google Suite** for communication, scheduling, and document management.
- Support CRM and marketing efforts using **HubSpot** (certification is a plus).

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: BA degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in **social media management** across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in **Google Suite** required.
- Experience with **HubSpot** strongly preferred; HubSpot certification is a plus.

**Skills**:

- English proficiency**:C2 or native** level (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.

**Work Location**
- Must be available to work aligned with **Arizona Time (U.S.)**.
