**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supports marketing strategists in evaluating and executing marketing strategies and plans
- Supports sales staff by providing sales and marketing data, market trends, and new product information
- Communicates project deliverables, objectives and timelines to the team while providing instructions for promotion or use.
- Develops various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts and print materials.
- Plans and manages marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings.
- Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials repository, and helps with various tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining databases.
- Monitors and analyzes metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
- Develops and adhere to timelines on projects with third party resources and routes approvals
- Supports the development and maintenance of internal tools
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Closes activities and ensures invoices are collected and paid via Arrow’s payment platform
- Secures proper approvals to open project numbers
- Fosters a collaborative environment with internal and external teams
- Participates in special projects, as needed.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent work experience.
- +1 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Strong project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and inter-departmental coordination
- Experience with traditional, experiential and digital marketing techniques
- Good interpersonal skills to ensure smooth coordination between various parties and relationship building skills
- Well-developed communication, writing and presentation skills
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

**Work Arrangement**:
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

$22,208.33 - $30,000.00 MXN Monthly
