**Job Details**

**What you will do**:Lead and coordinate the implementation, sustainment, and management of the High-Performance Work Team Systems & Training, guiding the organization to a self-directed work team environment aligned with our JCMS Management System through the methodology established at HPTs JCI Standard procedure.

**How you will do it**:
Align with the Local HPT Coordinators, Training Coordinators, and Plant Managers the processes and procedures applicable at Chillers PBU.

Deliver the necessary guidance and track the implementation and progress of the elements across all manufacturing plants at Chillers PBU.

Keeps engaged the whole PBU in the HPT and Training systems through the preparation, leading, and Follow-up of HPT Steering committees and Training systems.

Assist in raising the engagement and organizational health within assigned Chillers PBU; create an inclusive culture through role modeling, setting expectations, and course correcting.

Make sure that the Chillers PBU plants are improving as the system is established and support HPT Local and Training Coordinators to implement corrective actions as needed.

Identify waste and opportunities at HPT and Training processes for the Chillers PBU plants to improve, report, and celebrate past successes in these areas from a business perspective.

Create the strategy and vision to improve the HPT system and Training System with Plant Managers, HPT & Training Coordinators by searching and deploying Best Business Practices from internal and external organizations to JCI.

Align the master plan with the roadmaps by the site to accomplish the goals, milestones, standardization, and improvements, including actions measuring the indicators of progress and deviation on the deployment of the systems in regular meetings and visits to the Chillers PBU Sites with the HPT and training coordinators.

Participate in active and visible community, raising awareness of our sites and their local impact while increasing the site’s positive impact on the community.

Define, Audit, and monitor the performance thru metrics, policies, and procedures, including Scorecards, Skill Matrix, and Maturity Assessments of HPT to guarantee effectiveness in achieving the plans

Collaborate with other Training and HPTs leaders across the globe.

Develop the Standard world-class JCI training center for Chillers PBU.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration.

At least five years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment and a workgroup organization.

Operations experience, Leadership, Culture, and Engagement behaviors.

Solid knowledge of manufacturing principles and manufacturing operations, communication, andhuman factors.

MS Office

English required.
