SUMMARY

Provide high-quality service to support our customers and business users. Understand fully field hierarchy to attend to all necessities of our customers. Learn and understand the main reporting tool allowing him/her to provide simple ad-hoc reports. Quickly identify issues and coordinate with more experienced peers to provide a solution.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Provide reporting and analysis support to customers and business users.
- Responsible of entering accurately and timely the multiple hierarchy changes received.
- Identify reporting issues/improvements and coordinate with more experienced peers to provide a solution if necessary.
- Create small/simple reports to distribute to the entire chain.
- Proficient in customer service and providing support.
- Technical skills may include novice experience with one or more of: WebFOCUS, SAS, SQL, Crystal Reports, and/or BI Tools.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide weekly status updates of tasks, roadblocks, accomplishments.
