STATEMENT:

Herbalife is looking for a proven, driven, and motivated Client Services Sr. Manager to play a critical leadership role in an in
- house Creative & Translation Services agency.

Job Qualifications:
**Skills**:

- Bilingual Spanish-English (Essential)

(Interaction Vice Presidents of different nationalities). The Sr. Manager, Client Services will make presentations, engage in critical conversations, problem solving, negotiations and prospecting for new internal clients in English.
- Strong program/project management and execution skills
- Strong time management skills as he/she will have multiple priorities to focus on in a week, which will often change based on project demands
- Must be a leader and self-starter that requires little direction, as he/she will be part of a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethics and the ability to work autonomously
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset -constantly thinking about how to implement the next big thing
- Ability to build something out of nothing with mínimal oversight
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
- Must have superior verbal and written communication skills; demonstration of good judgment and ability to know when to listen vs. ask questions
- Ability to organize workload for effective, timely implementation of marketing campaigns and programs
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience managing high performance management teams
- Strong commitment to quality, process, and meeting the objectives established
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (development of team profitability and productivity reports, dashboard creation)

**Experience**:

- 9+ years’ advertising experience—some agency experience required
- Integrated advertising/marketing experience, including broadcast, print, digital, and activation
- Strong analytical/strategic ability
- Prospecting for new clients to increase the portfolio of stakeholders we serve worldwide
- Related category experience helpful, but not always necessary
- Experience working across all social media platforms
- Experience in Financial category a plus
- Experience with digital projects UX and UXD
- Demonstrated program/project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Engineer

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- PMP certification
- Agile/Scrum certification
- MBA
