Controlling Specialist

Position objective:
In this position you will be controlling operations projects costs, estimating the time, labor and materials required to complete a project and controlling expenditures as well as scrap control, overseeing production KPIs and that other operations are correctly fulfilled according to company policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Public accounting or similar
- 3+ years as in a managerial Position in a manufacturing environment (automotive sector is desired)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Mathematic mindset
- Knowledge about productivity/efficiency/capacity/loses/KPI's/Budget/Forecast/Cost avoidances
- P&L analysis and reports
- Schedule availability
- Fluent in English

**Main responsibilities**:

- Identify the cost of the operation vs budget
- Audit KPIs results
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make improvement proposals
- Operative cost analysis
- Daily report showing the KPIs of the company and performance identifying the main gaps
- Weekly report showing the results of the plant (Production, KPIs, inventory, sales, etc.)
- Raw material analysis
- Inventory
- Sales analysis
- Scrap analysis
- LME balance
- Dashboard
- Cyclical inventories
- Identify efficiency, productivity, consumption materials, scrap generation
- Used to work in Manufacturing environment, directly in the shop floor
