**About the role**:
You will collaborate in an ambitious project of a top client in the beverage industry
**Main Requirements**:
- **3-6 years** of experience in **Systems Engineer **or similar role
- Good experience of **AWS** (The more you know of the following, the better: AWS Console, Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Cognito, Cloudwatch)
- **Production Support** Experience (including Tier 1 & 2)
- Participate in the creation and support of **System Documentation**:
- Able to collaborate in the **Systems Lifecycle Management**:
- Able to create, maintain and report **KPIs**:
- Working experience with tools such as** JIRA** and **Confluence**:
- **Advanced English** Communication (both written and spoken)
**Must be willing to work from **8am-4pm PST**
- A great plus would be any experience with **CCaaS **Platform (Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect)
