Job Summary

Job summary:

- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Buyer Direct_ located in _Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes_
- Reporting to the Purchasing Direct Supervisor, Buyer direct role involves direct raw material procurement from a worldwide supplier database and for different types of commodities. Additional this role is in charge to plan and control the on-time materials arrivals and supports inventory control management executing MRP messages. Additional duties involve to keep internal purchasing metrics inside target and elaborate materials reports to upper management._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Order placement and follow up with suppliers._
- _ Handle MRP system to perform daily activities._
- _ Secure the arrival of material on time to avoid line affectation._
- _ Direct communication with local and foreign suppliers._
- _ Metrics follow up and control_
- _ Follow up of transit and arrival of materials._
- _ Direct communication with other areas to complete CTB of project_

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Bachelor’s degree in administrative areas._
- _ Fluent English level._
- _ Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments._
- _ Microsoft Office package knowledge._
