We are looking for a Lead Business Architect with T24/Transact implementation experience to join our LATAM team based in Puebla, Mexico.

**Requirements**:
Conduct Process led workshop, configure CCE & setup the product in the ISB
Lead the implementation of Transact modules
Create & review the functional specification document
Analyse and resolve functional errors in T24
Liaise with users and departmental managers on issues and requirements relating to T24 requirements and training
Attend meetings with system vendors and play an active role in systems development where T24 interoperability may occur
Mentor & support the team
Analyse and validate all client business requirements and relate them to Temenos products capability
Define and validate customization needs for Temenos products as per agreed business definitions
Make recommendations on best banking practices to the project manager

**Technical Skills**:
In-depth understanding of financial and banking processes
Knowledge of all T24 modules
Core, AA Account, AA Lending, AA Deposits, Accounting, Temenos Payment Hub, Treasury, Corporate & other core modules
Strong awareness of industry and market developments, good overall company knowledge

**Soft Skills**:
Ability to provide face-to-face and remote support
Cross-functional awareness
Good communication (both verbal and written)
Business and customer service focused
Flexible, team player with good problem-solving skills
