Estamos en búsqueda de talento para la posición:
**ITSM Architect/Lead - L3**
- 8+ años de experiência en administración/desarrollo de ServiceNow. Experiência práctica en desarrollo, prueba e implementación de ServiceNow
- Traducir las necesidades comerciales en soluciones y requisitos técnicos.
- Proporcione e impulse soluciones técnicas a nível arquitectónico y brinde liderazgo técnico a los miembros junior del equipo.
- Experiência en la implementación de integraciones de ServiceNow utilizando REST API/SOAP y MID Server.
- Competente con los sistemas de puerta de enlace API y las herramientas de ServiceNow (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Spokes, Connectors, etc.)
- Experiência con ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM/WSD, HAM Pro y SAM Pro
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Certificaciones ITIL, ServiceNow Admin, Implementación y Desarrollo

Inglés: Conversacional avanzado

Zona de trabajo: Híbrido (HO / Guadalajara - Andares)

Escolaridad: Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales carreras afines
