**Descripción del empleo**
Analyze and calculate the financial Analysis for overall sales performance in the region (Monthly sales Reconciliation ACT versus Plan analysis of sales price variances, volume variances, exchange rate effect, warranty, analysis of product gross margins etc.)

Support Sales in billing of tooling and engineering costs for KOSTAL's US and Mexican Locations and Monthly WIP Reporting (Tooling/Development Costs)

Understanding product material analysis and cost structure

Preparation of Forecasting/Planning for Sales values based on information input from Sales

Transfer Price calculations for intercompany transactions
**Requisitos**
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting (Finance), Engineer with experience in Financial Analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in a Finance position; Automotive Industry.
- Financial Sales Analysis
- Financial Analysis in the Area of Material Consumption / Inventory Control - Material Ledger
- English advanced
- Excellent organization, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ability to create Pivot tables, charts, and formulas (e.g. vlookup, sumif, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP (SAP SD, CO-PC, CO-PA, BW or similar)
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication skills.

**Accountability para trabajar mayormente de forma remota, con reporte directo a Manager en USA y disposición para viajar a locación de Kostal en Querétaro, cuando sea requerido, cubriendo sus propios viáticos.
