We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Assistant Manager to join our team at a world-class multinational company. This role will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations while providing direct support to the Plant Manager in strategic decision-making.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Track and analyze production KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare and present detailed corporate reports and performance reviews of the plant.
- Organize and plan daily agendas for production meetings and other key events.
- Manage, protect, and store confidential documentation properly.
- Analyze and improve daily production operations to optimize processes and workflow.
- Coordinate meetings with multidisciplinary teams to align strategies and priorities.
- Continuously advise the Plant Manager on production matters, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to enhance performance.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate resources to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.
- Oversee the implementation of process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Experiência y requisitos

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**: At least 3 years in similar roles with a focus on manufacturing and production.

**Additional Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.
- Advanced skills in production management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with multidisciplinary teams and management levels.
- Ability to lead process improvement projects with a focus on cost reduction and increased efficiency.

**Language**: Bilingual (Spanish and English) with strong fluency in both languages.

**Availability to travel**: Must be able to travel to the U.S. with a valid visa.
